Roku Ultra (2024) won’t connect to 5G

Just purchased a new Roku Ultra (2/22/25) and the device won’t connect to my 5G internet connection. Using a Cox Gateway Modem, and my older Roku 4K streaming stick was about to connect to the 5G connection perfectly. Anyone know how to get the Roku Ultra to connect to a 5G connection? #Rokuultra

    A little unclear as to your question.

    Are you still using your Cox gateway (traditional dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz modem/router) or have you switched to a newer 5G Home Internet Gateway (ie. Verizon, Tmobile, etc)?

    What is the model number of both the Roku device (from Settings/System/About) and what is the model number of the Gateway you are currently using?
