Roku TV will not set up please help

Exactly what the title says. I plugged in the TV and it started the set up. It's asking me what my language preference is and the only button on the remote that does ANYTHING is the power button. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

    Did the TV come with a Voice Remote (with a microphone button on it just below the down arrow button)?
