Roku Tv WILL NOT connect to wifi please help me

i literally tried everything. the tv is only like 3 years old but a few months ago it started bugging out and not letting me connect to internet at all. i have tried EVERYTHING but it keeps telling me to go to the roku connectivity site. what am i supposed to do? i reset the tv multiple times and that used to work but it no longer works.

    Are you getting any error messages or codes?  If you go to Settings->System->About does the Wireless MAC address show as all zeros or "missing hardware"?
