Roku TV volume level too high or too low

Our Roku TV volume is too high on setting #5 and too low on #4.  There seems to be no in between.  Maybe it's just me but the difference between the two settings is too drastic.  Any fixes?  I've looked everywhere I can think of.  We don't have the issue on our other tv with that uses the Roku stick.

    • When did the issue start?
    • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
    • Do you have any other device/s connected to your TV? (e.g.,. Speakers and another sound system)
