Roku TV USB port not working

I bought 2 Roku TVs for my bussiness and for 4 months they looped the usb no problem but now they shut off and I have to keep starting them. What is the issue

    If using the Roku Media Player (RMP) to play the video, verify that you still have "Repeat All" turned to 'On' under the Video Options Menu.

    Go to the video you want to play and press OK. (when you see the Play option, press the asterisk * button on your Roku remote to toggle Video Options Menu overlay).  You should see Shuffle, Repeat All, Playlist Mode).

    • Are you referring to the USB port on your Roku TV, or do you have a USB device plugged into the Roku TV's port?
    • If you have a USB plugged into Roku TV's port, have you tried plugging the USB into a different port?
