Roku TV update failure error code is 008

Hello everyone, I have an Onn TV that has Roku on it for the last little while I have been having the issue where it would kick me out of any apps that I had on the TV. So unfortunately I tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps. It did not work so we went to system reset with deleting apps and still didn't work. I had to factory reset and now it won't update with wifi or even by USB. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
