      It hasn't been resolved. It comes and goes. Yesterday it happened once.

        • Roku device model, Serial number, Device ID, and Software version. These details are listed under Settings > System > About.
        • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, when the issue occurs)

    Hey, JeffreyV1​ 

    It appears you are having issues with the Roku TV that turns on by itself. 

    Consider trying these steps: 

    System restart:
    Settings     > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.

    Turn off Fast TV, start:
    Press Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power > Fast TV start > Remove the check mark on Turn on Fast TV start.

      I have selected system restart too many times to count and there is no check mark to remove with fast TV start
