Roku TV turns off while playing on PlayStation

I was playing a game, and the screen went black it came back showing the Roku page that shows when it turns on. Then it went black again and repeats this. I restarted it, unplugged it and it keeps going it.

    Hey, Arcticwolf
Thanks for reaching out, and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. We need to gather some information.

    • Can you please confirm if this is within a specific app? If so, is this the only affected app?
    • Do you have another device plugged into your Roku TV? (Game Console)
    • Is this the first time you encountered this issue? If not, when did this happen?

    Please keep us posted!

This might be related to a problem with the HDMI handshake or video output settings between the PlayStation and the Roku TV. To troubleshoot, you can try power cycling both devices by turning them off, unplugging them for a few minutes, then plugging them back in.

Also, check the HDMI cable and try different ports or a new cable to rule out any physical connection issues. On your PlayStation, go to the video output settings and set HDR to off, and try changing the resolution to 1080p or 720p to see if it stabilizes the connection. Enabling Game Mode on the Roku TV from the picture settings menu can also help with display issues during gameplay.

I had unplugged it and plugged the tv elsewhere and it was still doing it with nothing plugged into it
