My Roku TV recently starting turning on with extremely low brightness. It responds to the remote and makes sound just perfectly, but you can't see anything at all. I only noticed it was the brightness after I turned off the lights and put my phone's flashlight directly onto the screen. Even then, only the color white is really visible.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
