Roku TV stopped loading Prime Video

Roku TV 8114X

Spectrum carrier

Starts to load. Shows Amazon logo but never user, bounces right back to Roku Home Screen

Removed app. Turned off TV. reloaded app, same issue

rebooted cable modem, and then wifi same issue

shows network connection good

    Try removing it and adding it again, but instead of simply turning the TV off either unplug the power or perform a "System restart" from Settings->System->Power before adding it again.
