Roku TV sounds keep going out

I have had my Roku TV for 36 days, and today the sound keeps going out.  I have to unplug it for it to work. Best Buy will only allow a 15-day return. What's the fix? This is frustrating.

    Is this affecting all channels or only specific apps? In the meantime, try restarting your Roku TV system to see if there are any changes.

    Here's how:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    Let us know if that works!
