Roku TV says must connect to usb power - but its a TV...

I have a TCL Roku TV that I've been using for several years. Today it gives me an on screen error "You'll need to connect your USB to a power source. Visit go.roku.com/usb for more information."  The problem is, this isn't a roku usb stick, its a Roku TV. There's no USB to connect to a power source. Everything works fine except for this annoying error message.

    It's not telling you to connect the TV to a USB power source; it's saying that something that's connected to the TV's USB port requires more power than the TV can provide.  So... is anything connected to the TV's USB port?  Do you have kids that may have jammed something into it?
