- Could you elaborate on the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far?
- How many devices do you have connected to your network right now? (e.g. TV, mobile phone, laptops, computer)
- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?

Same problem, delay with remote commands and worsening load times when opening streaming apps. The issue stems from the latest system update being too big for "older" devices. Really? I got my TV 3 years ago as a gift, fat chance I'll be able to buy one half as nice in the next few years especially with the economy tanking. Planned obsolescence destroys another otherwise perfectly fine piece of technology. Roku products have been on my avoid list for years due to the abundant ads but from now on I'll be sure to enthusiastically dissuade anyone from buying one of these TVs. Shoutout to the obvious bot replies that do absolutely nothing to help. Shame👎👎👎👎👎

NickHatesAds, I think you'll find the same thing with all of these so-called "smart" TVs. They just get abandoned after a few years. I'd gladly pay double to get a good old-fashioned "dumb" TV. I don't bother connecting my "smart" TVs to the Internet and just use them as dumb TVs with a streaming device attached.
