Roku tv problem please help me out

I have a insignia roku tv with an annoying tech specs pop up that comes up every 30s.i dont know what to do about it because i dont have a roku router, the only thing i have is the tv its self.does anyone know how to fix it?

    Not sure if the following will help, but Item 2 below is likely the issue.

    In Settings:

    1. In Privacy > Smart TV Experience. Make sure no boxes are checked.

    2. In System. Make sure no boxes are checked for "Store Display Mode"

    Note: Your menu may be different from mine.

    I have seen people run into item 2 being activated if they bought the Display Unit from the store or accidently set it up when the TV was first configured.

    medisonp2, in addition to what HellBound said, some people have said that they can't find any setting for Store or Demo mode buried in the settings and had to factory reset the TV to get it out of that mode.
