Roku TV no longer discovered by Alexa

About a year ago I purchased a 42” Philips Roku tv from Sams Club.  I set it up and paired it with Alexa and it worked but was a novelty as I was on a Direct TV dish.  I am now turning Direct TV off ...

    Do you have other phones on which you can download the Alexa app? If so, let's try it on those and see if Alexa will discover the Roku TV.

Do you have other phones on which you can download the Alexa app? If so, let's try it on those and see if Alexa will discover the Roku TV.

    Was there a solution?  I have 8 Roku TVs and 7 Alexa devices.  Only 1 Roku tv won’t connect to Alexa. I have done everything multiple times but no joy. Been looking for solution for 6 months.

      No.  All I get now is we are still working on it.  Thanks for your patience. Patience wearing thin.   I called Philips because it is there TV but they said the TV is working fine. Bye.
