Roku TV low audio issues

Why in the world do I have to turn my TV up to 95, in order to hear and understand what is being said on the movies I watch?!?! I even Have to turn my stereo and speakers up full blast to understand what is being said. Then I have to mute the TV when commercials come on, due to volume.

 

I do not have this problem when watching shows on Roku!!! So why do I have this problem while watching movies. Has happened with Rampage and The Day After Tomorrow
