Roku TV keeps freezing during streaming

Hey Roku!

 So this morning my Roku TV was working PERFECTLY fine and earlier i turned it on to watch something and it keeps freezing every 2 seconds and flickering and has these glitching pixels at the top of my screen. These are things that I tried: rebooting, turning off for a bit, and unplugging and plugging it back in and it still keeps doing the issues. 

Tv brand: Roku

Model: I don't know

    To understand it better, could you please share more information about it?

    1. What software version is Roku currently using? 
    2. Are you observing this behavior across all channels or only on a specific channel? 

    Also, please share the following details:

    • Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    • A video would be helpful.

      So for some weird reason my remote stopped working but I got a video of the problem but first I got to figure out how to put the vid in

  • I will never buy a Roku ever again.   So many issues and I have the exact same one....the freezing and glitching.   AS well....I get a disconnection from wifi when NOTHING else gets disconnected that is on the same wifi.  Will not let me go back on without putting in TONS of information that I do not need to put in......nor should I be hooking back up like that.  It's a TV, not a computer, but now seeing it very differently.  NEVER AGAIN....will I buy Roku. 

  • I will never buy Roku ever again......Roku.   Are you a television or a computer?  Why do we get glitching, freezing and disconnection constantly?   Just not something I want to deal with.   Getting out of hand as well.   Wants all your information again to get started and that is not worth my time, nor should I be putting in that information as this is MY tv, I BOUGHT it and it belongs to me to watch what I pay for on it.
