Roku TV keeps flashing lower light before turning black and repeating.

My roku tv keeps turning itself off and on again over and over. I've tried to unplug it for a few minutes, didn't work. I've pushed the reset button on the back of the TV for the recommended 5 seconds, didn't work. I don't have a remote as I use my cellphone but even if I did the TV doesn't load up anything. So I can't access any of the system settings to try and stop this. It's not over heating. And as far as I know it didn't try to update itself. I left it running by itself for about 15 minutes, connected to my xbox as I went to go get some food. I've played games on this Xbox for years with this TV for many hours at a time and never had an issue. Honestly I have no clue what's wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

    Could you tell us when did you start seeing this? Also, is this a Roku TV manufactured by Roku or with partner Hisenseede, TCL, RCA, etc?
