Roku TV is automatically switching the inputs and turning off

I have Westinghouse Roku TV and I am recently facing this issue, the tv automatically switches inputs and turns off. I tried factory resetting but still no luck.

  • I started observing this from 1st July 2025. Everything was working before. 

    Not sure if it’s after software update because auto updates are on. The current version is 14.6

      We'd like to look closer at this and pass it on to the team for review. To help us in the process, can you share some info here?

      • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
      • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)

    We noticed that your Roku TV switches input and turns off afterwards, and we'd like to take a closer look.

    To help us investigate, can you share the following info?

    • When did you first observe the issue?
    • Did this behavior start right after an update? If so, can you please share the most updated software version of the Roku TV? (Check under Settings > System > About).
    • If possible, can you share a video showing the issue?
    • Aside from factory resetting, what other steps have you taken so far?

  • Unable to attach video but this screen appears and it switches inputs
