Roku TV help for a black screen and no sound when using apps

My tv was working fine. Now when I click on my Hulu or YouTube it shows up the menus and runs fine until I decide to hit play on something it then loads like it’s gonna play and then plays a black screen with no sound. It’s not frozen it’s connected to the internet iv secured all plugs idk wtf is going on. Any advice please???

    Same with mine can't watch any shows on paramount+ it keeps freezing up HELP

    I would start by restarting the TV from Settings->System->Power or simply unplugging the power for several seconds and plugging it back in.

    Did anyone find out the issue with this? I’m having the exact same problem
