The volume has also lowered on myTLC tv. Just the Roku channels and apps. Live tv volume is not affected. I AM HARD OF HEARING BUT NOW I CAN ONLY HEAR IT WITH MY HEADPHONES ON. PLEASE HELP. It also seems the remote gets confused. It’s not the batteries
