Could you please try to turn on the Fast TV Start on your device?
Here's how:
- Press Home on your TV remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- Select Fast TV Start
- Highlight Enable 'Fast TV Start' and check the box to enable it

imrankatelaThe most common connectivity problem is channel congestion and Roku is no exception. I'd recommend you install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone. Once installed, open the app and take note of how many others use the same channel/band as you are, then log into the router and disable the 'auto' feature for channel selection and choose one with less congestion. It has nothing do with the distance from the router. While 5 gHz is faster, 2.4 gHz offers a stronger signal and you don't need blazing speed to stream 4K
