Roku TV buffers when changing resolution after an update

After the latest update 14.5.4 my Roku TV is unwatchable. It doesn’t matter which app, it shows everything in the most horrible screen resolution, and if I’m able to change the resolution manually then it just buffers continuously. I did everything the internet recommended and I was on the phone with customer service for an hour this weekend, and nothing has helped. They’ve now told me to just wait for the next update and hope for the best. This TV is less than five months old. It’s insane that they can push through an update that essentially breaks your TV and then have no fix for it.

      I already have a ticket number since I spoke to customer service on Sunday and I provided all of the information that you are requesting. That ticket number is 11843236. Let me know if you need more or if you have a solution because the TV is still not working properly and a new update is not available.
