Roku turns on to a screensaver

When I turn on my ROKU TCL TV, it properly starts with the HDMI-1 setting, but it shows a screensaver instead of the programming. I already disabled the screensaver under "Themes", but it still shows up when I turn on the TV. This is annoying. Am I missing something?

    What do you have on HDMI1?  Perhaps that device also has a screen saver?

      We have our Xfinity X1 box on HDMI-1. The Xfinity box has all of the cable signals. The ROKU TCL USED to power on without the screensaver, but now it always turns on to HDMI-1 screensaver. I will check to see if there may be a screensaver on the X1 box.
