First, could you please try restarting your TV?

Here's how:

Press Home button on your Roku remote

Scroll and select Settings

Select System

Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.

Select System restart

If the issue persists, you may try resetting your network:

Press the Home button on your Roku remote

Scroll and select Settings

Select Advanced System settings

Select Network connection reset

Select Reset connection
