Roku tcl tv won't detect any wifi

I have 2 roku tcl 55" tvs one in my bedroom and one in the living room. the one in my living room one day disconnected from the wifi, however my bedroom one still works fine. when I tried to reconnect it for some reason I couldn't find any SSID's. not a single wifi name popped up on the screen I tried to restart the tv it did not work. I tried to  reset the tv that did not work either I restarted my wifi multiple times still did not work. I tried the advanced menu settings, I even tried to connect the wifi to the tv directly with ethernet cord from the router still nothing. At this point the only way I can use it is if I connect a game system or my computer or phone to it via hdmi but this doesn't solve the wifi issue. I bought this tv a few years ago and it's been mounted ever since. I love using Roku tv's I refuse to buy any other brand. I've used Roku tcl tvs for 9 years straight. they are very sturdy, long lasting, and a quality tv for reasonable prices. Ive never had not issue with Roku until now I really want to fix this tv. please help the tv is still in good condition and works fine it makes no sense to get rid of it if this is the only issue.

    Hi Malaysia321,

    Welcome.

Thank you for informing us about the issue with your Roku TCL TV, which cannot detect your Wi-Fi. Try connecting to a mobile hotspot and see if that helps.

If the issue still happens, can you share more info?

    • Are you getting any error messages or codes?
    • Have we made any recent changes to your modem or router?

Try giving that a shot and see if it fixes your problem. Please keep us in the loop!

Malaysia321, is the MAC address displayed under Settings->Network->About all zeros (or displays "Wi-Fi hardware missing" or something to that effect)?
