ROKU TCL TV won’t go to Home Screen
I’m having the same problem and did everything you said. it goes through recovery mode and then restarts over and over again but nothing.

Follow the steps below:
- Locate the Reset button on the back of your streaming device
- Press and hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds
- If your device has a reset pinhole, use a straightened paperclip (or similar)
- After a moment, your device will restart and display the Recovery Mode screen
- Use your remote to select your preferred language and then press OK
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the internet
- Once connected, select Update now
- Your device will restart after it finishes downloading and reinstalling the operating system
After your device restarts, you may be be prompted to complete Guided Setup.
- Tip: If you have a Roku TV system made by a company other than Roku and it continues to be unresponsive after using Recovery Mode, contact the manufacturer of your TV for help.
