Roku TCL TV not sending sound to my receiver/amp

This  TV model # is 50S451  and  the receiver is working - playing the radio etc - but no sound is coming from the TV - we have tried cable coming from the headphone plug and the HDMI4 (earc) outlet. Even tried a second receiver, nothing

    Thanks for posting, and welcome in the Roku Community.

    We see that you're unable to play audio through your TV speakers, and we'd be more than glad to assist. Let's resolve this issue, and here are the steps to be followed.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select Audio
    4. Select Audio Output
    5. Proceed to select TV Speakers

    After performing this step, you should be able to hear audio from your TV speakers. 

    We hope this works.
