Roku TCL Model 43RC630K TV now turning itself back on

After moving TV to different position in room but not changing anything apart from unplugging power / antenna socket and replugging in all good for 24 hours - no problem - then suddenly TV starts turning itself on - have carried out full resets / and followed advice etc from everyone on internet - turning off sleep mode/ changing batteries on remote /disabling HDMI and other inputs  not in use  / full factory reset / etc etc....

TV still turning itself on ... i noticed there was a new update on beginning of june and another one just appeared today..... it this a software download issue - please anyone help !! many thanks
