Roku TCL IR Stops responding intermittently

Hello,

My IR stops responding intermittently,  I have replaced the remote and still have the same issue.  I have updated to the latest software.  It is very annoying and I am ready to throw out the TV!

Here is the info:

does this issue occur on a specific channel? No, it does not matter what channel, seems to happen randomly.

    Mine recently began doing this. It seems like it happens at regular intervals, tv doesn’t respond to ANY Roku remote (so clearly it’s the tv itself) for about 30 secs-1 min then works again.
