Roku take money out of my account for subscriptions but the app says i don't have a subscription

I have been getting charged by roku since july for something called roku for rendered and i dont know how to cancel it because my app is saying that i dont have a subscription and i cannot get a hold of customer service to save my life.

    Try going to the Roku website and login to your online account dashboard. (the little user icon on far right top near the shopping cart).  https://www.roku.com/

    Once in there under "My Account", you will see a section for "Payments and Subscriptions".  Any charges and subscriptions through Roku Pay will be listed there (with the ability to cancel as well).

    Roku support also has a support article located at https://support.roku.com/article/218368088 on steps to take for unrecognized charges on an account.

    Finally, you can contact Roku from this contact support link https://support.roku.com/contactus and then select "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions".

    Hopefully one of these will help address your issue.
