Roku stuck on live audio and has to be reset constantly

I'm having the exact same issue as described on this  with 2 devices. I even bought a second Roku Express 4k+ after exhausting my options and figuring it was a hardware fault. Roku customer support was useless. They wanted a photo uploaded of the frozen screen. Hopefully there will be a software update to fix this issue
