Roku Streaming Stick+ remote rapidly blinks and cant pair after update
Hello
after one of your software updates, remote RC-AL2 no longer controls streaming stick and cant be paired again.
The green led constantly blinks, please see attached video and photo.
Serial number of stick: YH000V002108

I would like to know how you feel obligated fix problems you created.
I am not going purchase overpriced remote, as outrageous price you demand is more than price of new complete streaming device set.

It appears that your Roku device was stuck in pairing mode, and your remote won't pair. You could try the following steps to fix your remote.
- Restart the remote (If your remote uses batteries > remove both batteries > press any two buttons > Reinsert batteries (negative end first) > and replace the cover.)
- Replace batteries
- Try to repair the remote (Restart your Roku TV or player)
With the pairing button: Hold for 5 seconds until the light flashes.
Without pairing button: Hold Back + Home for 5 seconds until the light flashes. Wait for the pairing message on screen.
