Roku streaming stick frozen screen

Tried to set up my new stick and pushed the factory reset and now it's frozen tried to unplug and replug and it won't do anything stuck on a picture with the remote and says goroku.com/remotehelp went to that site and just wants money

    I can guarantee you didn't go to the right site.  Roku never charges for support (what little they have).  If you really want to see what it really was try clicking this -> https://go.roku.com/remotehelp

    Note it's go.roku.com, not goroku.com.  Two completely different sites.
