Roku Streambar video settings with regards to TV

When Roku Streambar is connected using HDMI Arc, does the tv use the streambar video settings or the TV's video settings?

  • That's a great question, wileecoyote128!

If your TV's input is active and connected to the Roku Streambar, you will be using the Roku interface. Any adjustments to video settings should be made through the Roku Streambar's settings.

That is what I was thinking. Since my TV has Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, what is my best option for a soundbar? I have tried using the Roku Ultra 2024 and Roku Streambar together but it has not worked like I hoped it would. Thank you.

Thanks for keeping us posted, wileecoyote128!

Roku Ultra and Roku Streambars both let you stream, but you can only use one at a time. If you want to boost your TV's audio, the Roku Streambar or Roku Streambar SE is the way to go. They come with built-in Roku features and can handle Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio, so you’ll get a great sound experience!
