Hi everyone I hope you can help, I have a Roku soundbar connected to LG tv via Hdmi arc and a Skyq mini box connected to tv via Hdmi.
I am experiencing picture stutter on skyq I replaced the sky box but that has not solved problem. If I disconnect soundbar stutter stops when reconnecting the problem returns within a few hours.
I am at a loss what is happening internet conection is good and all streaming services work OK.

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you're experiencing. Please ensure that all the cables in your SkyQ are plugged in properly and firmly connected. If the issue still persists, please try to restart your Roku by going to settings, system, power, and system restart.

Thanks for you reply I tried resetting the Roku last night and for a short while after it cured the problem but when I got up this morning the problem has returned. I am at a loss as to what the issue could be.
If I reset the WiFi the same thing happens but I have tested my WiFi signal and it is more than enough. If you have any other suggestions please let me know I like the Roku streambar and it would be a shame to have to scrap it.
