Roku stream bar Froze TV Screen & Sound issue

Set up went fairly well. Have Vizio E390i-A1 Tv and spectrum cable.  I connected Streambar using HDMI cable.  Worked well the first day.  Second day TV screen was frozen, so I turned off everything and waited. That worked but now TV sound is only through TV speakers unless I am streaming - then sound from Roku can be adjusted.  How can I correct these problems. 

If it freezes up again I will be forced to return unit.

    Try unplugging the power from both the TV and the Streambar, waiting a minute or so, and then plugging them back in.
