Roku stick not recognized anymore by tv

I have two TVs with Roku stick. Both have worked in the past. One I use all the time and I agreed to the new terms on that one. My other TV is seldom used and I've never did the agree thing. I went to use that TV today and Roku doesn't work at all. Roku remote doesn't even turn TV on. Are the mad at me cuz I didn't agree sooner?

    No, that wouldn't have anything to do with it.  Have you tried new batteries in the remote?  Disconnect and reconnect the power cable (the USB cable).  Does any light on the stick come on?  If you're using the TV's USB port for power, try the supplied USB power adapter.
