Roku stick loosing connection

I have the same problem it only happens to new 2025 sticks. May be it is power since it is plugged to USB on TV. Please help.

Thanks

Roku devices aren't guaranteed to work when powered from a TV's USB  port.  It's always best to use the supplied USB power adapter or one from a phone/tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp.

There is no error code just says "network not connected". I will plug the power cord to outlet see what happens. Thanks

    HiSaeedhoss,

Just checking in—what happened after you plugged the device directly into a wall outlet?

In the meantime, here are a few quick network tips that might help:

    1. Make sure you’re using the correct Wi-Fi network and password.
    2. Check if other devices are able to connect to the same network.
    3. Restart your Roku: Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. More info here
    4. Restart your router and modem: Unplug both from power, wait 10 seconds, then plug them back in.
    5. Remove any HDMI Extenders and try again
    6. Try a different HDMI port
    7. Move any cables from hanging on or touching the stick.

Let us know how it goes!
