Roku devices aren't guaranteed to work when powered from a TV's USB port. It's always best to use the supplied USB power adapter or one from a phone/tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp.

There is no error code just says "network not connected". I will plug the power cord to outlet see what happens. Thanks

HiSaeedhoss,
Just checking in—what happened after you plugged the device directly into a wall outlet?
In the meantime, here are a few quick network tips that might help:
- Make sure you’re using the correct Wi-Fi network and password.
- Check if other devices are able to connect to the same network.
- Restart your Roku: Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. More info here
- Restart your router and modem: Unplug both from power, wait 10 seconds, then plug them back in.
- Remove any HDMI Extenders and try again
- Try a different HDMI port
- Move any cables from hanging on or touching the stick.
Let us know how it goes!
