Roku stick does not power on

Has anyone experienced the Roku stick not powering on - no light on the hardware. I've tried a component swap with different cables, and the issue is definitely in the stick itself. Indicator light doesn't power on, TV doesn't recognize the HDMI source (as if nothing is plugged in). I have also tried the reset button - no help. Any thoughts???

    How are you powering the stick?  If you're using the TV's USB port, try a USB power adapter plugged into the wall.  If you're already doing that, try a different one from a phone or tablet.
