Roku sharp tv turning on and off and adjusting volume on its own

Roku sharp tv turning on and off and adjusting volume on its own. I have rebooted, unplugged tv, and removed batteries to remote and it is still happening. This just started two days ago. How do I fix this?

    1. Did the issue start after a certain software update?
    2. Are there any external audio devices attached to the TV?
    3. Can you send us a photo or clip of the issue?

    Furthermore, could you check if the remote volume button isn't stuck or has any debris on it, just to make sure it's not causing the problem?
