If it's a hardware failure, no amount of resetting is likely to help. I'm sure Sharp won't help you since it's out of warranty and if it's a hardware problem it's out of Roku's control. These "Roku" TVs from different manufacturers are inexpensive for a reason. Most are made in China with the cheapest possible components.
