Roku setup repeats it self over and over. Have tried turning off TV and Roku several times.

Setting up on a LED Emerson. 

Chose language, Chose network. Password. Wireless and internet connection good. Then software install. Updates software, restarts TV, but then it goes back to choosing language, network, etc. I have repeated this several times. Can't get pass this. What do I do???

    What's the model number of the Roku device written on it somewhere?  If it came with a USB power adapter, use it.  If it didn't, but it uses a USB power adapter, what are you using?  Make sure it can supply at least 1 Amp.  Many TV's can't provide enough power from their USB ports.
