Roku setup remotes not responding

Remote with voice control wasn’t working. Tried each step in support, nothing worked. Roku app was working on phone. Finally tried factory reset as last resort. Once did that, nothing worked. App no longer works. Says can’t find device, make sure Roku and phone on same network. Can’t find how to check Roku network, since no way to get to settings on Roku because no working remote. Setup is stuck on pictures of battery operated remote with green stopwatch saying :05. What next?

    Once you did the reset you will HAVE to have a real remote initially to get the Roku and cellphone back to the same network and password. You get Roku remotes separately at Walmart or best buy.
