Mjunior Not sure what you mean by plugged up from (Power Wise)? Is this a streaming stick 4k+ or a Roku Express 4k+? If it is the Streaming stick 4k+ you must use the power cable that came with the stick and plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. Do not use the USB port on your TV.
