Roku says I'm not signed in? Why not?

Roku on my computer says I'm connected, but Roku on my TV says I'm not. For my TV, I'm using the Roku app on my phone.

    Connected or signed in? Connected/signed into what?

        Brian_1965, you're not giving enough information.  Roku devices get linked to a Roku account; you don't "sign in" on your TV.  We have to assume you're using some app on your Roku device, but we don't have anything to go on.  Maybe posting a picture of what you see on your TV would help.
