Roku RSS4K plugged into electric outlet loses power when TV turned off
My Roku stick is plugged into HDMI-2 of the TV and has the USB Power cable connected to it and plugged into the wall outlet. My Cable provider's box is plugged into HDMI-1 of the TV. Every time I turn off the TV while on HDMI-2 or switch to HDMI-1, the ROKU stick is not seen by the TV unless I unplug the power cable from the wall outlet and plug it back in. Is this normal?
Your stick may be in "power saving" mode. Press Home on your Roku remote a couple of times to wake it or disable power saving in Settings->System->Power.
