Roku Rremiere turns TV back on after latest update

My Roku Premiere started turning the tv back on, seems like it shuts off at first when turn the tv off but then after a minute or so it comes back on and causes the tv to turn back on. It has been doing it for a few days now. I looked at settings/updates etc. seems it updated on 10/28/2025 to software version 15.0. Anyone else experiencing this?
