Roku remote won't pair with tcl roku tv

I have been on chat for hours trying to get my new remote (actually 2 remotes) won't pair with my TCL Roku TV..any advise..and now they are sending me another remote!

    Describe the remotes, model number of the remote, does it have 🌙 key? Or microphone key? Does it have tv power button and volume buttons along the side?

      Both have microphone button..rechargeable battery,  1 is voice remote pro..other is voice remote tv is tcl roku tv..I'm at a loss..now they will send me yet another remote

        Willowsmom, I assume you have at least one working remote.  Is it a voice remote?  Is your TV connected to Wi-Fi?  TCL TVs sometimes have Wi-Fi hardware failures, and if yours is one of them, you'll never get a voice remote to work.
