We understand that you're experiencing an issue with your Roku Streaming Stick Plus remote, and we would like to take a closer look at it.
Could you provide us with a few more details to help us investigate?
- Roku device ID (found under Settings > System > About)
- Clarify the issue – When you say you're trying to "wake the TV," is the TV completely off, or is it just in screensaver or standby mode?
In the meantime, try the couple of steps below:
- Restart your Roku device (navigate to Home > Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step), select System Restart)
- Restart the remote (remove the battery, put it back in after 5 seconds, or press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously)
